Ordering:-

All orders placed online will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. Any automated reply that you receive from our online ordering system shall not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. We will only accept your offer and, therefore, a contract shall only be made once we despatch the goods to you and confirm this by e-mail. Acceptance will be deemed complete once we have sent a confirmation of despatch e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (whether or not you receive that e-mail.) We reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any time.

Delivery:-

Delivery will be by your chosen method (within the U.K.). Deliveries to other countries will be subject to extra delivery charges, which will be advised before the goods are delivered to you. Whilst we give estimates of delivery times taken, we cannot guarantee any delivery times. No claims for compensation or consequential loss can be made by the customer for non-delivery.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are base on the weight of the total consignment being sent. A full explanation of our charges can be found here.

Cancellation or return:-

Customers within the EU can cancel their orders for most items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be unopened, customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession and return them in re-saleable condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods (carriage costs will not be refunded). These cancellation rights apply to customers within the EU.

Certain exclusions apply to this cancellation policy as follows:-

1) Special orders.
Items delivered direct from the manufacturer and other customised special orders such as the custom message novelty doorbell are excluded form the cancellation terms above.

2) Goods containing "gases".
Gas products (e.g. Magican Hazer Spray) are specifically excluded from your cancellation rights once the goods have been opened or used.

3) Medical Goods
For reasons of hygene we are unable to accept cancellations for any medical goods (such as hearing aids etc) if they have been opened and/or used. Any faulty goods will be repaired or replaced.

Carriage costs for cancelled goods returned are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:-

Unwanted items may be returned within 7 Days of receipt. They must be undamaged and in original undamaged packing. The buyer is responsible for all carriage charges which will be deducted from any refund given.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or damaged and need to be returned to us, you must obtain a Returns Number from us before returning the goods.They should be in original undamaged packing whenever possible. Returns received without the correct details will unfortunately be subject to delays. Goods returned should be treated with care and securely packaged. Carriage costs (to a maximum of the original carriage cost on the invoice for the goods) will be reimbursed for genuinely faulty goods.

Returned goods should be sent by a secure trackable and insured method:-
Royal mail second class recorded delivery is reccomended, and any refund of postage will be based on this cost.

Many carriers and postal services have very low insurance levels and care should be taken to check that the goods are adequately insured. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery for returned goods.

Refunds:-
Refunds will be processed through the PayPal system in the normal manner.
